Trajectory in Mapping LGBTQIA Rights

5 Nov 2020 – India-Chile Youth Forum, Global Youth on “India’s Trajectory in Mapping LGBTQIA Rights”

On September 6, 2018, India’s Supreme Court ruled that consensual homosexual acts would no longer constitute a crime. The struggle for LGBTQIA rights was long and hard, and we still have a long way to go when it comes to mass acceptance.
